Those that are in the KNOW vacation at quiet 'West Beach'.  This villa is less than one mile from the Hwy. 59 and the Beach Road (Hwy. 182) Intersection.  This town home is close to all 'The Happenings' (restaurants; movie theaters; shopping centers; outlets; grocery markets; golf courses; etc.), but at the same time, it is away from the construction and busy four lane traffic.

Yes, this gorgeous town home is only across the two lane West Beach Road from the breathtaking sugar white Gulf Beach that everyone is raving over. This is a deeded beach access, not public but private. In the center courtyard are the well maintained Adult and Baby Pools and the Tennis Courts. There is a Pool House with seating for card games or plenty of room to cool off while watching the children swim.  You will be in awe of the beautiful Tropical grounds. Take advantage of the fabulous West Beach safe area to enjoy walking, jogging, or bicycle riding.  Go shelling along the beach.

Keep in mind that this town home is a second home and has all the special extras not found in a rental unit.  Once you spend time here you will want to definitely return time and time again to this vacation haven.  Words can not do this town home justice.  Seeing is believing.

On the first level the kitchen, living area, full bath, and two large balcony decks are located.  For your enjoyment, the large balcony off the Living Area has a large round wicker table with chairs w/comfortable padded cushions.  Additional seating with convenient end tables are positioned for your satisfaction.  It is perfect for outdoor dining or socializing.  Listen to the soothing sound of the outdoor fountain located on the wall of this deck and balcony. 

There are large ten feet wide glass patio doors that open to this balcony from the Living Area for you to enjoy the view.  The 2nd large deck and balcony off the main entrance also has a large round table with chairs as well as a small children's table and chairs.  While watching the beautiful Gulf Coast sunset enjoy a glass of wine, a Margarita; or a specialty drink, to blend into the Island Scene.  You have a perfect view of the fireworks during the special events when they are scheduled on the Island. This large balcony deck is perfect for early risers to enjoy their morning coffee - so peaceful and tranquil ---.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything imaginable to be a gourmet cook.  Yes, all the thinkable gadgets and then some; pots and pans galore; blenders; coffee maker; crock pot; large seafood boiling pots; iron skillets; cookie sheets; etc.  You have all the dishes; utensils; silverware, any crowd could want with extras left over.

This town home is newly decorated and painted --- 'CLEAN - CLEAN - CLEAN'!  The Living Area has a sleeper sofa; a love seat; a large matching comfortable chair; and an additional large padded chair with ottoman to lounge around and watch TV or movies.  The Dining Area has a large round table with four chairs as well as four bar stools for additional seating.  A high chair is available for your use and also a small children's table with chairs.

The Upstairs offers an extra large Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed.  The Master has large top view windows that reach all the way from the top of the extra ten feet wide sliding glass doors to the top of the high vaulted ceiling.  These sliding glass doors open to the balcony deck on the second floor that offers a breathtaking Lagoon water view.  This is perfect to watch the sunrise.

The extra large Master Bathroom has a bath/shower combination with a skylight to heighten your mood.   Get lost in time after a stress free day at the beach or pool.  This king size bed is extra comfortable with its matching dresser and two night stands.  Take advantage of the huge telescope to watch the constellations in the sky and try to name them.

The second bedroom also has its own private bathroom with shower. This bedroom is furnished with a double size bed and a set of bunk beds with a nightstand w/drawers.

Enjoy the extra nice propane BBQ Grill that is located on the bottom patio level of this town home. You have room to park two vehicles lengthwise under the covered car port with additional parking available in the driveway off the street to this unit, no need to worry about parking passes.

Come bathe in the sun and enjoy the fun.
